Beef tripe is packed in 20kgs block in 20 kgs master carton placed in polypropylene bags. Tripe is well washed,processed and boiled for almost 25minutes and well dried before being layed in 20kg trays and block frozen at -40 degrees and then stored at -18 degrees.
